Well the notion that there are only five senses, which goes back to Aristotle, has been roundly abandoned. For a start, there’s proprioception, which allows you not to stick your finger in your eye by accident.
Certainly a fart can be smelled and heard, and it is definitely felt by the emitter - although hopefully not anyone else, except in such intimate circumstances that the number of senses effected is the least of your concerns. An exceptionally stank gaseous emission can bring tears to your eyes, and could even be tasted in the air, I suppose, if one made the mistake of continuing to inhale without escaping the vicinity. But I personally have never experienced a methane burst so foul that it affected my sense of balance. If your stank reaches the inner ear, you got serious problems.
If I had a sixth sense, I’d get out of that room before the cheese was cut.
If I had any sense at all, I’d explain how such a complex biochemical phnomenon must have been intellegently designed.
There was this kid at school…
All six senses?
“I wanna tell you my secret now”
“…Ok.”
“I see dead farts.”
